Flat roof base flashings are a curb mounted flashing, and can be installed on both FLAT roofs and PITCHED roofs. This range of Skylight can be installed at a minimum 1 degree roof pitch and up to 60 degrees, compatible with metal and tile roofs.

Pitched roof base flashings.
Made to suit [FS,VS,VSE,VSS]
Pitched roof base flashings are made to suit the VELUX pitched roof range of skylights and can only be installed on metal roof profiles above 15 degrees. Availiable in pre fabricated or flat pack.

Pitch adaptor base flashings.
Made to suit [FS,VS,VSE,VSS]
A Pitch adaptor base flashing is made to suit the VELUX pitched roof range of skylights and can only be installed on metal roof profiles BELOW 15 degrees. Availiable in pre fabricated or flat pack.

Tile roof base flashings are a curb mounted flashing, made to suit the flat roof range of Velux skylights when installing into a tile roof covering.

VELUX EDW tile flashing.
Made to suit [FS,VS,VSE,VSS]
The Velux EDW tile flashings are made to suit the pitched roof range of Velux skylights when installing on a pitched TILE roof above 15 degrees. This flashing is not compatible with metal roof coverings.

Note:Velux Australia does not manufacture a suitable flashing system for this application. Velux sell a flashing system (edw) we recommend this for tile roofs only.
Make up:All base flashings are made from colorbond steel and are pre-assembled, sealed and ready for easy installation. The flashings are made to suit all colorbond standard colours.
