The Insulated Colorbond Roof Hatch is a pre-fabricated, pre-assembled roof access hatch that provides safe, convenient access to your roof space while keeping the elements out. Manufactured from genuine Colorbond® .55 BMT sheet metal, it delivers long-lasting durability and a clean, weather-resistant finish for both residential and commercial applications.
Designed to suit corrugated, Trimdek and klip lock roof profiles on pitches between 0–10 degrees, with pre-formed flashing details to suit each profile.
Features & Materials
- R1.3 rated insulated hatch lid - helps maintain thermal efficiency and reduce heat transfer through the roof opening.
- Genuine Colorbond® .55 BMT sheet metal - tough, corrosion-resistant and built to withstand Australian conditions.
- Pneumatic hinge - 150Nm torque for smooth, assisted opening and safe hold.
- Pre-assembled and ready to install, with flashing details to suit corrugated, Trim dek and klip lock profiles.

Warranty & Installation
1 year warranty from date of purchase, subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Important: installation must be carried out by an installer holding a valid industry roof plumbing licence to comply with warranty.
