Shipping
Shire Skylights and Skylight Warehouse ship to addresses in NSW, QLD, VIC & TAS. We can ship to WA, SA and NT on request, please contact us if you would like to make a purchase at sales@shireskylights.com.au
All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Shipping fees are calculated by postcode and will be determined at the time of purchase in the shopping cart.
All deliveries are sent by courier and must be signed for. Please advise your preferred delivery date in the notes section of the cart process. We will be in touch to confirm the delivery date, re-delivery fees will be charged if no one is available to take your delivery on the organised shipping day.
Pick up is available at our Sydney warehouse between 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery takes 1-3 days for metro areas for skylight only orders. For orders outside of metro in your state or territory allow up to 3 additional days to the delivery times above. Flashing orders are custom made and take up to 7 days to ship.
Returns
Shire Skylights will accept skylight returns for change of mind if the below conditions are met:
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The goods are unopened and in original condition
- Returns will need to be shipped directly to the VELUX Warehouse in Sydney and be at the customers expense. If they do not arrive in original condition no refund will be given. This is at the discretion of VELUX Australia.
We do not accept returns for any flashing products as they are custom made.
