Christmas Closure Dates
- Last Day for Processing Orders: December 19th, 2025
- Last Day for PICK UP: December 19th, 2025
- Closing: December 19th, 2025
- Reopening: January 12th, 2025
Dispatch Information
Orders Placed After December 19th
- Velux Only Orders: Orders placed after December 19th will not be dispatched until we reopen in the new year. Dispatch will commence the week of January 12th, 2025.
- Custom Flashings: Custom flashings will not be manufactured until the week of January 12th, 2025.
Boxing Day Sale
Our Boxing Day Sale is an online-only sale as our customer service team take a well-earned break. Whilst our online chat will be monitored throughout the sale, this means it might take us longer to reply than normal.

The Boxing Day sale ends on December 27th at midnight.
