Our custom flashings combine over 15 years of installation experience. We make them ourselves for your exact VELUX skylight, out of colorbond steel, for a leak-free finish that matches the roof profile.

What do I need to open a trade account?
Just your business details. Apply online and we'll come back to you once the account's set up with your pricing applied.
How does pricing work on custom items?
Standard products show your trade price automatically once you're logged in. Custom items — modified base flashings and special orders — aren't priced online. Email mikaela@shireskylights.com for a quote before you order.
Can I pick up instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Express pick-up on VELUX skylights from Caringbah, showrooms at Burleigh Heads and South Nowra, and collection depots in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Newcastle. Pick your spot at checkout.
Do you make flashings for non-standard roofs?
That's a big part of what we do. Odd pitches, curved and non-standard sheeting, banks of skylights side by side — send the details and we'll build it for the job.
Can I reorder from past jobs?
